DEFORM News Fall 2005: DEFORM-F2 is the ‘next generation’ replacement for DEFORM-PC after nearly eleven years in production. DEFORM-F3 provides an extremely easy-to-use three-dimensional simulation system for small to mid-sized companies moving into 3D simulation. A project summary of a task within the PRO-FAST Project is included. In this case, a thin walled pipe upsetting operation was optimized in the production of Mk 84 bomb cases.
